LEADING class action law firm Levitt Robinson Solicitors has featured on ABC’s The Business program in relation to a new class action lawsuit which it is bringing against St George Bank.

The claim concerns allegations of negligent refinancing of the group members’ debt facilities in circumstances where they were clearly unable to service their debt.

In a 23 July 2014 bulletin, Levitt Robinson Principal Stewart Levitt explained to the ABC’s Andrew Robertson that the group members had been enticed to borrow money from the bank to buy share portfolios.

The bulletin can be viewed at this link.
