On 7 September 2015, in the Sydney Morning Herald, journalists Adele Ferguson and Sarah Dancker reported on Levitt Robinson’s intended class action against 7-Eleven head office in relation to the millions of dollars it is allegedly reaping from the churn in new Franchisees.
