Dan is an experienced litigation lawyer who primarily practices in commercial litigation and insolvency and has at least 12 years post-admission experience representing clients in Courts and tribunals across Australia.
Over the course of his career, he has successfully litigated a wide range of cases, from complex multi-million-dollar disputes to smaller, yet equally critical matters.
A graduate of A.N.U, Dan is known for his unwavering commitment to his clients.
He has represented both plaintiffs and defendants in a variety of high-stakes cases and has earned a reputation for meticulous case preparation, tenacity and his ability to efficiently and cost-effectively achieve successful outcomes.
In addition to his litigation practice, Dan is a member of the International Golden Key Honour Society, Law Society NSW, ARITA and regularly contributes to conferences on topics related to insolvency.
When not practicing law, Dan enjoys exercising and researching/ learning as much as he can about investing and macro-economics.
He is otherwise known as a down-to-Earth and very approachable fellow.
